Get the catalog refresh settings

/settings/catalog

Required role: viewer. An account or token with the viewer or admin role can call this operation.

How the catalog checks for updates by itself: the background refreshInterval and whether opening the catalog starts a check (checkOnOpen). Every install starts at 24h and on.
