Check the release index for a newer Hoserva

/settings/updates/check

Required role: admin. Only an account or token with the admin role can call this operation.

Fetches the release index for the configured channel. A user-initiated check runs even when the periodic outbound check is disabled. Never calls the GitHub API or apt update.
