Docker, mergerfs, SnapRAID, mounts, parity freshness, SMART, free space and permission sanity (`hoserva doctor`), plus existing host configuration (Samba shares, NFS exports, fstab mounts, Docker containers and images) for onboarding.

📄️Apply onboarding choices for existing host configuration

Each detected Samba file, NFS exports file, fstab, Docker containers list and images list is imported into the database or left unmanaged under the drift model. Existing host files are never overwritten unless the caller chose import. Docker's data-root stays at `/var/lib/docker` when containers or images exist, or when there is no cache disk.
