Mount an external disk

/disks/external/:label/mount

Required role: admin. Only an account or token with the admin role can call this operation.

Mounts the disk by filesystem UUID at /mnt/disks/<label>. Nothing mounts automatically on plug-in. The boot device and array disks are refused, and so is the Unraid USB stick (unraid_stick, 409): it is only ever mounted read-only, by the migration scan.
