Start a container

/apps/:id/start

Required role: admin. Only an account or token with the admin role can call this operation.

Starts the container and returns its state afterwards, and publishes a container_state event. Managed and unmanaged containers alike. Refused with 409 array_stopped, before the Engine is called, while the array is stopped (maintenance mode) or its storage is not ready: a container started then would write onto the boot device under /mnt/user and /mnt/cache. If the array's state cannot be read the start is refused too, with 503 array_state_unknown.
