List containers

Required role: viewer. An account or token with the viewer or admin role can call this operation.

Every container the Docker Engine reports, managed and unmanaged alike. A container an installed stack started carries that stack's name in stack; one no stack manages has none. The daemon decides which, so the request fails when the stacks cannot be read rather than reporting every container as unmanaged. available is false, with no error, whenever Docker itself is not reachable.
