Scrub percentage cap (hoserva scrub [--percent N]).

Possible values: >= 1 and <= 100

allBlocksboolean

Scrub blocks of every age (hoserva scrub --all-blocks, SnapRAID -o 0). By default a scrub skips blocks scrubbed or synced within the last 10 days, so a scrub right after a sync can find nothing to check and still succeed. Set true when every block must be verified, such as the full scrub after the initial sync. Omitted means false. The scheduled scrub never sets it.
