EvacuationPlanRefusal

planDiskEvacuation's 400 refusal: the shared Error schema has no room for nonSharePaths, so a refusal caused by non-share content on the disk gets its own body naming every offending path structurally, not only in message.

Every top-level entry on the disk's own mountpoint that is neither a configured share's own branch there nor SnapRAID's own bookkeeping — empty when the refusal has a different cause (no other branch, an unsupported entry, or the remaining disks not having room).
