Apply onboarding choices for existing host configuration

Required role: admin. Only an account or token with the admin role can call this operation.

Each detected Samba file, NFS exports file, fstab, Docker containers list and images list is imported into the database or left unmanaged under the drift model. Existing host files are never overwritten unless the caller chose import. Docker's data-root stays at /var/lib/docker when containers or images exist, or when there is no cache disk.
