Duplicati
A backup client with a web interface: it makes encrypted, incremental backups of your folders to local folders or to cloud and remote storage, on a schedule you set. The folder to back up is mounted read-only at /source and the local backup and restore folder at /backups; pick /backups as a local destination. With the default folders /backups is also visible inside /source, so exclude it from every backup. Duplicati runs as user 99 and group 100, so a file that only another user may read is reported in the backup log. Keep a copy of each backup's passphrase away from this server: the backup cannot be restored without it. Duplicati answers requests to the server's IP address; to open it by host name, set DUPLICATI__WEBSERVICE_ALLOWED_HOSTNAMES as the Duplicati documentation describes. The web interface is served over plain HTTP, so use it on your home network or behind a reverse proxy that serves HTTPS.
