Calibre
The Calibre ebook manager in your browser: add books, convert formats and edit metadata. Calibre's window is streamed to the browser. The library folder is the one the Calibre-Web template serves, so both apps see the same library. In Calibre's first-run wizard keep the default library location. The desktop is served over HTTPS with a self-signed certificate, so the browser asks you to accept it once.

Install Calibre
In Hoserva, open Apps → Catalog, select Calibre and fill in the install form. This page only lists the app; nothing here installs it.
