Backrest
A web interface for restic backups: define backup plans for your folders, run them on a schedule, browse the snapshots and restore files, with repositories on a local folder or on remote storage. The folder to back up is mounted read-only at /source and the local backup and restore folder at /backups. With the default folders /backups is also visible inside /source, so exclude it from every plan, or the backup copies itself. On the first visit Backrest asks for an instance ID, which cannot be changed later, and a username and password. Keep a copy of each repository's password away from this server: the backup cannot be restored without it. A backup kept only on this server is lost with the server, so add a remote repository too. The web interface is served over plain HTTP, so use it on your home network or behind a reverse proxy that serves HTTPS.
